Processing Times
All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
Orders placed after Friday 5 PM AEST will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
All Velah.shop orders are carefully hand-packed with love from our base in Melbourne, Australia.
Please note that any customs duties or taxes incurred upon arrival in your country are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer.
If your parcel is returned to us due to unpaid duties or taxes, your order will not be eligible for a refund.
If your parcel is returned to us without prior approval from our support team, it will not qualify for a refund.
If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for covering the reshipping cost to your correct address.

Pre-Orders

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, and therefore all pre-orders are final.
If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, please email our team at support@velah.shop within 24 hours of placing your order, including your order number and reason for cancellation.
Our team will review your request and work with you to resolve the issue.
Important Information
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations (including size, item, or address adjustments), as our warehouse begins processing immediately to ensure prompt dispatch.
If you choose to use DHL On-Demand and request delivery without a signature, Velah.shop will not be held responsible for any loss or damage once the parcel is marked as delivered.
If your parcel is returned to us due to missed or refused delivery, a return shipping fee will be charged.
International Customs & Duties
For international customers, your local customs authority may apply duties, taxes, or import fees.
These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer.
As customs policies vary widely between countries, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to avoid unexpected costs.
Please note:
- Velah.shop is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or clearance delays once your order has been shipped.
- If customs fees are refused or left unpaid and the parcel is returned to us, the order will be considered non-refundable.
- Any shipping or return costs resulting from customs refusal will not be covered or reimbursed.
- Customers must pay all return shipping and handling fees before we can re-ship the order or process any further requests.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and prepared to cover any customs fees that may apply to their delivery.
